We’re delighted to be celebrating National Print Day, and we’re grateful for our community of print lovers—thank you for being here. It’s no secret that we love prints and posters, especially when we get to design and create our own!
We’re taking this National Print Day as an opportunity to reflect on things here at Kite.
Let’s start by taking a look at Britain of Stamps by Rob Hallifax. This print is perfect for National Print Day since it’s a print that depicts our nation! We love this print, and it’s a limited edition too, so grab one while you can.
As always, we’re still interested in all things Beatles! You probably already know about our Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite print. (Maybe you already own your own copy? If so, please send a photo if you’d like it to be featured on our social media!) You may also know that we regularly update our blog with Beatles content. Did you catch our recent Beatles autumn playlist?
Our Beatles-inspired print may be what we’re most known for (after all, it’s where we get our name from) but we are also inspired by the passing of time: our Time Travellers Invitation print was created as part of Stephen Hawking’s famous time travel experiment, and our 2269 Invitation print invites you to a party hundreds of years in the future.
Another one of our interests is art: our Art Squared collection features prints inspired by the likes of Vincent Van Gogh, Leonardo Da Vinci, Amedeo Modigliani, and Edvard Munch. Our Vintage Mashups are equally pleasing, invoking a taste of Victorian with amusing whimsy.
And we’re not stopping there. We have lots of ideas for future prints, so who knows what we might have on offer by next year’s National Print Day? Hopefully you’ll stick around to find out. Sign up to our newsletter to stay in touch, and be in with a chance of winning a free print!
