Shipping information

We ship orders to customers in the UK, the United States and selected international destinations.

Order processing

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. All prints are framed to order. Framed prints are usually dispatched within 7 working days of your order being placed. If you need a print to be framed and shipped sooner than this, please contact us with your request.

Framed prints are dispatched directly from FrameIt Services (eFrame), and you may receive a shipping notification from this organisation in connection with your delivery.

Special or custom orders may take longer to prepare and dispatch. Where applicable, estimated shipping or delivery times will be shown at checkout or communicated to you after your order has been placed.

Working days do not include weekends or UK public holidays.

UK shipping

UK orders for limited edition prints will normally arrive on the next working day after dispatch. Open edition prints may take an additional 1–2 working days to arrive.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

US and international shipping

International orders normally arrive within 5 working days after dispatch. 

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customers in the US and Canada will receive an email from our shipping partner, Mark 3 International, with a link to pay the applicable duty. 

Shipping to European countries

We love Europe and all our European customers, but we no longer ship directly to European countries. Following Brexit, shipping to Europe has become complex, expensive and frequently problematic, BUT if you are in Europe, you can still have our prints delivered to you.

To provide our European customers with the best possible service, and to continue to serve them, we have partnered with ForwardVia – a service that provides a free shipping address in the UK and onward shipping anywhere in the world at prices better than we would be able to offer.

USA, Canada, Australia and elsewhere

We regularly send prints worldwide (including to: USA, Canada and Australia) and all packages are sent with the relevant paperwork needed to clear customs. Customers in these locations do not need to use a forwarding service like ForwardVia, but you are free to compare their shipping rates to ours (we can ship to a ForwardVia box in the UK for free), but we can also ship directly to these locations.

Can I arrange to have a delivery made to a friend’s address or my office?

Yes, because billing and shipping addresses are separate, you can specify where you would like your order to be delivered. We do not include billing information or receipts with prints, so you can send a print as a gift to someone without them knowing the price.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, an email will be sent to the address you supplied shortly after your order has been placed. It will confirm your order and delivery details. You will receive a further email from us when your print has been shipped. If you have ordered from us and not received an email, please check your spam folder.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size and type of order and will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate with the delivery carrier.

If we become aware that we are unable to ship your order within the stated or agreed timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and, where required by applicable law, provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.
