We take great care in packaging and shipping prints. Unframed prints are sent rolled with acid-free tissue paper inside sturdy cardboard tubes with secured end caps. Framed prints are wrapped in padded packaging materials and sent in strong, custom-made cardboard boxes. All limited edition prints are sent using tracked shipping services and, where shipping services permit, will require a signature on delivery. We will send you shipping information, including a tracking number, when your item has been dispatched.
Yes, we regularly send prints worldwide (including but not limited to: USA, Canada and Australia) and all packages are sent with the relevant paperwork needed to clear customs.
We love Europe and all our European customers, but we no longer ship directly to European countries. Following Brexit, shipping to Europe has become complex, expensive and frequently problematic, BUT if you are in Europe, you can still have our prints delivered to you.

Yes, because billing and shipping addresses are separate, you can specify where you would like your order to be delivered. We do not include billing information or receipts with prints, so you can send a print as a gift to someone without them knowing the price.
Yes, an email will be sent to the address you supplied shortly after your order has been placed. It will confirm your order and delivery details. You will receive a further email from us when your print has been shipped. If you have ordered from us and not received an email, please check your spam folder.
Prints will be dispatched as soon as possible after you order. In most cases this will be within 2 working days for unframed prints. UK orders for limited edition prints will arrive on the next working day after dispatch and open edition prints may take one or two days longer. For international orders, limited edition prints normally take between 5 and 10 working days to arrive at their destination after they have been dispatched and open edition prints may take around 5 days more. Framed prints are framed to order, so please allow up to 7 working days for this, prior to shipping.
International shipments are passed to national postal services which then take responsibility for delivery. Limited edition prints require a signature on delivery, where this service is provided by local delivery partners.
If an order does not arrive within the specified time, please contact your national postal service in the first instance, quoting the tracking number you will have received.
Every package we send is covered by a compensation arrangement so, if the worst happens, you will either receive another print from the same edition (subject to availability) or you will be reimbursed.
