Shipping information

How much does shipping cost?

For a limited time, shipping to all destinations is free.

How are prints shipped?

We take great care in packaging and shipping prints. Prints are sent rolled with acid-free tissue paper inside sturdy cardboard tubes with secured end caps. All prints are shipped via the UK's Royal Mail and limited edition prints will require a signature on delivery. We will send you shipping information, including a tracking number, when your item has been dispatched.

Can you ship items outside the UK?

Yes, we send prints worldwide and all packages are sent with the relevant paperwork needed to clear customs.

Can I arrange to have a delivery made to a friend’s address or my office?

Yes, because billing and shipping addresses are separate, you can specify where you would like your order to be delivered.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, an email will be sent to the address you supplied shortly after your order has been placed. It will confirm your order and delivery details. You will receive a further email from us when your print has been shipped. If you have ordered from us and not received an email, please check your spam folder.

How does the shipping destination affect pricing?

All orders from within the European Union (EU) must include 20% VAT. Orders from outside the EU – e.g. the US, Canada, Brazil – do not have to pay this tax.

How long will it take to arrive?

Prints will be dispatched as soon as possible after you order. In most cases this will be within 2 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. UK orders for limited edition prints will arrive on the next working day after dispatch and open edition prints may take one or two days longer. For international orders, limited edition prints normally take between 5 and 10 working days to arrive at their destination after they have been dispatched and open edition prints may take around 5 days more.

International shipments are passed to national postal services which then take responsibility for delivery. All limited edition prints require a signature on delivery.

For limited edition prints, the tracking number you receive in your shipping confirmation email will work on the Royal Mail website and, in most cases, on your national postal service's website too (e.g. in the US, this will be USPS). If an order does not arrive within the specified time, please contact your national postal service in the first instance, quoting the tracking number you will have received.

What happens if a package is lost or damaged?

Every package we send is covered by a compensation arrangement with Royal Mail so, if the worst happens, you will either receive another print from the same edition (subject to availability) or you will be reimbursed.
