Kite will deliver the goods ordered to the shipping address supplied by the customer at the point of purchase.
Orders will be despatched within two working days subject to availability unless otherwise stated on the associated product information.
Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches their country. Although it has been our experience so far that no customs charges are levied for prints from Kite, customers must pay any additional charges for customs clearance – Kite does not have any control over these charges and in these circumstances cannot give quotes in advance.
We advise the customer to contact their local customs office for further information on Customs policies.
Customs forms for international packages usually require the value and contents to be listed and labelled on the package.
Customers must sign for their goods as proof of receipt. If goods fail to arrive or arrive damaged, the customer must inform Kite as soon as possible. Kite cannot accept liability for items damaged in the postal system.
Postage and packaging costs may be added to the cost of the items during checkout. The total cost, including any applicable taxes, must be paid in full by the customer before goods are despatched.
From time to time, and at our discretion, we may offer free shipping for certain or all purchases.
