1. The draw is open to anyone who subscribes to the newsletter from kiteprint.com. Only active newsletter subscribers shall be entered into the draw.  2. The prize is any unframed print – to be chosen by the winner – currently available for sale on this website (kiteprint.com). The prize includes shipping to the chosen address of the winner. There is no cash alternative.  3. The draw is run by Novagram Ltd., trading as KITE, 12 Red Lion Square, London, WC1R 4QH, UK.  4. The closing date for the draw is 12pm GMT on the last day of every month. Anyone subscribing after this will not be entered into the draw, but will be entered into subsequent draws as they occur.  5. The winner will be chosen randomly from all kiteprint.com newsletter subscribers active at the end of the period, excluding any previous winners.  6. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the draw taking place.  7. The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their kiteprint.com newsletter subscription and must then supply their name and shipping address to Kite by email. If the winner does not reply with this information within 7 days, Kite reserves the right to draw another winner or cancel the draw altogether.  8. No information provided to us will be shared with any third party.  9. All activities and communications are conducted in line with our Terms of Service and by entering the draw you are agreeing to those Terms of Service.  10. Kite's decision as to who qualifies as the winner is final and Kite will not enter into any correspondence relating to the winning entry.  11. Kite excludes all liability, so far as is permitted by law, which may arise in connection with this draw and reserves the right to cancel the draw at any stage.  12. Any dispute relating to this competition shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
